Casa Nova is set off the road, with a large yard, patio, and infiniti pool. There is a sense of privacy and seclusion here yet, it’s conveniently located just steps from a small grocery store, restaurants, internet store, and pharmacy - and only a few hundred yards from the surf break at Langosta.
The main house is bright and spacious with ceiling fans throughout. The great room opens to patio and pool and makes up the large living area, fully equipped kitchen, and dining room. There is a beautifully tiled tub and shower in the bath and a large air conditioned master bedroom is just off the dining area.
Separate from the house and above the carport is a 2 bedroom one bath casita. Both bedrooms have queen size beds, air conditioning, and share the common bath. A great house for relaxing or entertaining and the large fenced and gated yard, keeps you party private and secure. Pool and gardening services are provided, as well as weekly maid service.
