Take a morning stroll on pristine Langosta Beach just a short 500 steps from your front door. When you're ready to venture out for entertainment, you'll find central Tamarindo less than 5 minutes away.
Downstairs you'll find a large living and dining area plus a fully-equipped kitchen. The area is well suited to entertaining the troops or just kicking back after a hard day at the beach. Also downstairs, you'll find two bedrooms with queen sized beds, a full bathroom, plus a queen size sofa sleeper in the living area. Take the staircase to the second floor loft, master bedroom, and half bath.
Outside, the pool and patio area dominates the back yard. Take a dip in the pool, then relax in your hammock under the covered patio with a good book or cocktail. A BBQ is only steps away, should you feel the urge to grill up some fresh tuna or Mahi-Mahi.
A comfortable apartment just below the main house looks out on the pool area. The apartment is air-conditioned, fully furnished and has a kitchen, bedroom with queen size bed, queen sleeper sofa in the living area, and full bath.
