Completed in 2003, the house has a modern minimalist style.
The gourmet kitchen is very comfortable and equipped with oven, microwave, electric glass ceramic cook top, all cooking utensils, a washing machine and dryer. In the living room is TV with an I pod music player.
There is a roofed terrace off the living room with chairs, ceiling fans, and ¨screen¨ curtains that can be lowered to provide protection from sun, rain, and insects, yet still permit you to view the pool and backyard area
From the terrace there is a view to the garden and swimming pool area. A large wooden deck extends between the pool and patio. The pool is equipped with a Jacuzzi.
Also on ground floor you will find one bedroom equipped with a generous closet and one bathroom equipped with cabinet, 2 sinks, bathtub, shower, bidet.
On second floor you’ll find the master bedroom with bath and a roofed terrace overlooking the garden and pool.
