Nestled between the Langosta estuary on one side and Tamarindo beach on the other is the Ibis condominium complex. The building is set along the very edge of one of Costa Rica’s lush mangrove systems, bringing the lucky visitor face to face with Mother Nature’s surprises. From each room in this unit doors open onto private terraces where from among the leaves emerge the sounds of birds and the scuffle of crabs.
The forest theme continues inside the elegant living space where muted earth tones, marbled tile floors and high wooden ceilings create a restful atmosphere. Sliding glass doors open onto a large patio where the charming rustic wooden furnishings seem to have grown directly from the forest that surrounds them. On opposite ends of the unit, the master bedroom and a second bedroom balance the common areas with private spaces. In the master bedroom, a queen sized bed and a large closet accommodate in comfort and a sliding glass door opens on to a small private patio. The private master bath is spacious, bright and boasts beautiful granite counter spaces.
The second bedroom also contains a queen sized bed and a small patio which opens over the estuary’s marshes. A full bath, which is a slightly smaller copy of the master bath is just outside the bedroom door.
The warm sands of the famous Tamarindo beach are just steps away across the street by the new beach club, gym, and pool. The combination of forest quiet at Ibis and fun in the sun at its private beach club make the perfect combination for a vacation in paradise.
